CHRISTMAS DELIVERY:

Orders for delivery for Christmas are now closed.  Any orders placed from 9th December 2020 will be made and shipped from mid-January 2021.


HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO SHIP?

All of our products are handcrafted to order right here in New Zealand.  Most orders are sent out within a week.  However, please allow up to 14 business days for production before your order is shipped.  If an item states it is ready to ship, it will be sent out within two business days.

You will be notified by email once your order has been shipped, with tracking details (if applicable).

Should you require something urgently,  get in touch via our contact form or email [email protected] and we can let you know if this is possible.    


WHAT IF SOMETHING BECOMES SOLD OUT?

If an item becomes sold out,  unless it states 'last ones',  we will more than likely be restocking. Keep an eye out on our Facebook or Instagram pages for restock updates!  

Should something you're interested in become sold out,  feel free to get in touch via our contact form or email [email protected] to enquire as to when/if it will be available again.


DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes, we do!  Please go to SHIPPING in the menu for all the details.


WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept payment via PayPal (you do not need your own PayPal account). If you would prefer to pay via Internet Banking (NZ orders), please get in touch via our contact form, or email [email protected] to place an order.

All prices/purchases are in NZD.


WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?

Please choose carefully as we do not accept returns or exchanges if you simply change your mind.  

Producing high quality items is important to us,  but if there is a fault with an item,  if we can not repair it,  we will happily exchange or refund your item in accordance with the Consumer Guarantees Act.  You must notify us via email within 24 hours of receiving your order.  The item must be returned to us in new condition in the original packaging within 5 business days.  We recommend you use tracked post/courier if returning an item, as we will not accept responsibility for items lost in transit to us.
